No, the money once debited will not be refunded back.
The candidate needs to be eligible for a particular category shortlisted for all the categories, but it depends upon the candidate as to which exam he/she needs to attempt. During the main recruitment the candidate can be allowed to sit for only one exam, although he/she would have filled multiple forms. He/she may be called for another vacancy at a later stage.
No, the designated test date for the common recruitment exam cannot be changed.
2. The candidates will be called only when the form is shortlisted for a particular category and that depends upon the number of vacancies for that category. We will call the top ranking applicants first.
