The internship program at City Montessori School is thoughtfully designed to ensure a comprehensive learning experience for all participants. It is divided into several key phases:
Interview & Orientation
The journey begins with an interview to assess candidates' skills and interests, ensuring suitable role placements. Selected interns then attend an orientation session introducing them to the school’s mission, values, and the program’s goals and expectations, setting the stage for a successful internship.
Project Briefing
Following orientation, interns are assigned to challenging, real-world projects that align with their interests and skills. Working collaboratively in teams, they apply academic knowledge in practical scenarios, fostering teamwork and effective communication.
Mentorship & Feedback
Each intern is paired with a mentor who provides continuous support and constructive feedback. Regular check-ins and progress reviews ensure interns are on track and address any challenges they face.
Professional Development
Interns attend workshops and seminars on resume building, interview skills, and professional etiquette, preparing them for future careers. Networking events further expand their professional connections.
Evaluation and Certification
